The Telegraph has recently reported confirmed Nicole Scherzinger as Mary Magdalene alongside the comedian Tim Minchin who is going to play Judas in a major revival of the rock musical Jesus Christ Superstar.

The lead role, the character of Jesus, will be cast via a television competition next month, where contestants will compete for it.

The musical by Lord Lloyd Webber and Sir Tim Rice will open at London’s O2 arena this summer. There is no much more informations available so far and we still don’t know if it’s true – so think about that as a rumour – but as soon as we get to know any detail, we will let you know. Tim Minchin, casted to play Judas in the musical, has said on his official Twitter page that Nicole is not part of it. As he’s confirmed as Judas, but said Nicole hasn’t been casted to play Mary Magdalene, then we must ignore what The Telegraph has published.

Last weekend, took place in London the FHM’s 100 Sexiest Women Annual Party. The UK magazine has chosen Tulisa Contostavlos (X Factor UK judge) as the sexiest woman this year, the second place went to Cheryl Cole.

Nicole Scherzinger was just #43 this year. In 2010, Nicole appeared at #73 and last year, she got her best position so far, coming at #09.

The “Don’t Cha” songstress donned a beautiful brightly-colored flamenco dress as she mingled with fellow party guests at the April Fair, which included dancing, bullfighting, and plenty of fabulous food and drink.

Nicole Scherzinger’s boyfriend is reportedly wary about her working with Simon Cowell again.

The British music mogul hit headlines recently for his womanising ways and his string of romantic pursuits, including a secret affair with former X Factor judge Dannii Minogue.

Nicole worked with Simon on the first season of the US version of the hit TV talent show. The stunning singer’s on-off beau Lewis Hamilton has reportedly expressed his concern at the star collaborating with Simon again.

“I believe Lewis has put it out there very plainly: he would prefer Nicole to not work with Simon anymore,” a source told British magazine more!

“The guy has been portrayed as pretty sleazy recently and Lewis is bound to be a little uncomfortable with that.”

However, friends of the star say Lewis has no need to worry, and deep down knows he doesn’t have any competition.

“Simon’s always been very complimentary of Nicole,” a source explained. “They respect each other and Lewis and Simon get on well.”

The first musician I ever styled was Mariah Carey. Talk about starting at the top. It was just a quick portrait, but that one shoot led to a fun, adventurous, decade-long relationship with the pop butterfly—and added a whole new chapter to my fashion career. Early on in my work with Mariah, I learned a lesson that still informs my collaborations with pop stars: This particular breed of musician marches to a different beat. Their images and personas are as essential as their music, and that distilled essence of who they are has to be reflected in every item of clothing they choose to wear—or not to wear. Unlike models or even actresses, pop stars need to command attention­—to have that aura, that measurable presence—onstage and off. There’s no such thing as too much, especially when it comes to being sexy. And that’s Sexy with a capital S.

Of course, Madonna’s idea of sexy is stratospherically different from that of, say, Janet Jackson, or Lady Gaga, or even Diana Ross or Liza Minnelli. But all of these megastars share at least one steadfast rule: Never abandon the sizzle. Music has increasingly become the one arena in which envelope-pushing sexiness has become the rule, not the exception. Imagine walking the MTV Video Music Awards red carpet in just a bra. Ever since Simon Cowell made the shocking announcement earlier this year that he fired both Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul from the X Factor judges table, we haven’t heard that much from the former Pussycat Doll.

However, since being axed from The X-Factor, Nicole has been busier than ever!

Hollyscoop caught up with the artist who says she’s working on her next solo album and will soon be gracing us with her presence on the big screen.

“Yes, I have a little part in Men In Black III, but it’s an honor. It’s coming out Memorial Day Weekend,” Scherzinger tells us at the third annual Women in Music 2012 Event.

We think she’s just being humble when she talks about her “little part” in MIB III, she tells us she’s playing “the villain’s girlfriend. So I’m kind of a bad-ass chick too. It was so much fun. It was crazy too. This is my first movie, so…”

We have fond memories of crazy action and stunt scenes in the first two MIB flicks, so can we expect to see Nicole Scherzinger in her first ever action sequence?

“Yeah, you’ll see,” she teases.

As for her upcoming album, Nicole says, “Just finished my first European solo tour so now I’ve been in the studio non-stop working on that, so I have music coming out soon.”

Scherzinger says to expect her new music to sound unlike anything you’ve heard before.

“It’s not like anything on the radio, that’s for sure,” she says of her upcoming single, “It’s very empowering like tonight for women. No, I don’t want to categorize it as a certain genre.”
