British singer/songwriter Natasha Bedingfield will be headlining this Friday’s Global Angels Awards at London’s Roudhouse, where she will be joined on stage by X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger and other artists including her younger sister Nikola.
The star-studded event has been organised by Natasha’s New Zealand-born mother Molly, founder of the Global Angels charity, which uses donated funds to help break the cycle of poverty on all continents and to transform communities worldwide.
The event will take place on Friday, November 15th.
Fearne Cotton and Chris Evans present a spectacular concert featuring some never-before-seen surprise collaborations held in support of Children in Need, staged over two nights at the Apollo in Hammersmith, London. Brought together by one of Children in Need’s biggest supporters, Gary Barlow, performers doing their bit for Pudsey include Robbie Williams, Kings of Leon, Barry Manilow, Ellie Goulding, Dizzee Rascal, Nicole Scherzinger, Little Mix, Tom Odell, Rizzle Kicks, Bastille, the Lumineers, Passenger and the Wanted.
The event will be broadcast by British broadcaster BBC One at 08:00pm (Uk Time).
Speaking to us on the red carpet of last week’s launch, Nicole revealed she was hoping to perform on the live shows later this autumn.
She told us: “I’ve gotta get some stage time!”
The former Pussycat Doll singer is back on the series for a second run and has been given the Girls category this year.
Nicole previously said she was after the girls and admitted when she was given the category by the producers: “I was really happy, I don’t think Gary was happy!”
She added: “I’m very confident, but to be honest all the categories are very strong.”
However, Nicole told us that Sam Baily was her audition highlight from the series, despite not being in her category.
“She blew me away,” the US singer said.
Teasing the new bootcamp twist, Nicole laughed: “This is going to be great for the ratings!”
The X Factor UK continues this Saturday and Sunday night on ITV.
Nicole Scherzinger was seen performing the US national anthem at a baseball match in Los Angeles.
The X Factor judge was appearing before the match between the New York Yankees and LA Dodgers to sing ‘The Star Spangled Banner’.
The performance drew huge cheers from the audience as she gave a flawless rendition of the anthem.
She took to the field wearing the home team’s jersey and was in good spirits throughout her appearance.

Today (06) Astana in Kazakhstan celebrates its 15th birthday and the city hosted a kickass show featuring popstar Nicole Scherzinger and some other artists.
As it’s common sense, Nicole knows how to put on a show. Dressing a sparkly golden dress and looking as stunning as always, Nicole came on stage and performed some of her greatest hits from both Pussycat Dolls’ and solo album such as Club Banger Nation, Poison, Buttons, Right There, I Hate This Part, Don’t Cha, Jai Ho, Stickwitu, Boomerang and Don’t Hold Your Breath.

Nicole Scherzinger recorded her participation in Summer Music Festival – Tezenis 2013 which has happened in Piazza del Popolo, Rome, Italy.
Nicole and Eros Ramazzotti rehearsed, during the afternoon, their song called Fino All’estasi.

The former Louisvillian and Pussycat Dolls frontwoman has endowed the Youth Performing Arts School at duPont Manual High School with a $2,000 scholarship.
The first annual Nicole Scherzinger Performing Arts Scholarship will be presented at YPAS’s annual Senior Night on Thursday. It will be awarded to a singer, dancer or actor who exhibits exemplary performing arts potential and academic success and plans to pursue performing arts in college.
“When I was at YPAS, the classes and teachers gave me discipline, training and skills in my formative performing years,” Scherzinger said in a news release. “I hope to give a deserving student advantages to compete with other students on a national scale. ”

Nicole Scherzinger and Justin Bieber have been confirmed as special guest performers on BBC One comedy talent show Let’s Dance for Comic Relief.
The two US popstars will perform their respective new singles ‘Boomerang’ and ‘All Around the World’ on the March 2 show.
The lineup of celebrities taking part in the Comic Relief fundraiser for the second and third heats have also been confirmed.
This weekend’s show (February 23), will feature Jon Culshaw dancing to Fatboy Slim’s ‘Praise You’, Kim Woodburn and Rosemary Shrager dancing to ‘Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend’, and the cast of Waterloo Road mimicking the Spice Girls. This Saturday’s judges include Jason Manford and Strictly star Lisa Riley.
In the final heat (March 2), Lee Nelson will be dancing to Swan Lake, Ore Oduba and Sonali Shah will perform to Outkast, while Vanessa Feltz, Lee Nelson and Keith Duffy will also be taking to the stage.
Arlene Phillips, Keith Lemon and Lee Mack will judge the final heat.
The second heat will feature a video from One Direction about their visit to Comic Relief-funded projects in Africa.
