‘Coconut Tree’ hitmaker Nicole Scherzinger has ‘revealed’ that she basically turned down a version of Calvin Harris’ quite successful ‘We Found Love’ before it found its way to Rihanna.

In a chat in the new issue of Notion magazine, she said: “I passed on ‘We Found Love’.”
Let’s just take a moment to allow that to properly sink in.
“I’ve got the demo of that song and I was busy at the time. They’d sent me a few dance tracks and I wasn’t able to get to them and I was like ‘oh there’s so much dance and I want to take a break from it’,” she continued. “That was my fault. I slept on it.”
To be clear, while Global Songstress Leona Lewis had the song cruelly snatched away from her, Nicole just couldn’t be bothered to do it because there was too much dance music around at that time.
‘Amazing’.
She also goes on to say that she also turned down Gnarls Barkley’s ‘Crazy’ and while in The Pussycat Dolls they said no thanks to Lady Gaga’s ‘Just Dance’.

Dancing on Ice judge Ashley Roberts has told Digital Spy that she would love to reunite with Nicole Scherzinger on the X Factor panel.
The I’m a Celebrity runner-up said that she would “definitely” defect to the X Factor panel if asked, adding that she and her former Pussycat Doll bandmate would make “a good team”.
“[X Factor would] be awesome,” she told DS. “I haven’t heard anything in that direction though, but it’d be fun.
“[Nicole and I] made a good team before, so I think we could do it again.”

In a recente interview for a UK’s Magazine called F1 Racing, Lewis Hamilton made a retrospective and commented about his title in 2008 which Nicole was in Brazil to honor the victory of her boyfriend.
Lewis reveals that the presence of Nicole Scherzinger in the races makes him happy.
“I was so happy that she was in Brazil to see me win the championship, she is the light of my life. I give my best when I’m happy, and she made me happy. When she is there, in a race, i’m much happier than I’m usually am.“

The track will be released on March 10 in the UK as the lead single from her upcoming second studio album. The video was shot late last year while she was judging The X Factor.
“['Boomerang' is] just a fresh song, a fresh sound with energy behind it – on this single and the whole album, so it’s fun,” Scherzinger said of the song.
“I know it’s so cheesy but I actually have a song on the album called ‘Fun’. I’m not gonna be like, ‘Oh it’s just deep’.

Jahmene Douglas has revealed that he is still in constant contact with his X Factor mentor Nicole Scherzinger.
The 22-year-old runner-up of the series worked alongside former Pussycat Doll Nicole for months on his X Factor performances.
“Me and Nicole are always emailing, always texting, she’s just there as a friend. She’s always been there as a friend and it’s nice to have that,” he said.
Nicole was famed on the talent show for coining interesting phrases, including the popular “shamazing”.
The singer often referred to her protege as her “little lamb chop” and Jahmene revealed he has now graduated from this status.
“I got a text from her the other day saying, ‘Well done, you’re a fully grown lamb now.’ So I know that I’ve made it, because of that!”
Jahmene, who is getting prepared for The X Factor tour in January, credits another American star, the late Whitney Houston, as his ultimate icon.
“I just think she’s the best – her voice, her looks, she just had it all. I think most singers’ favourite singer is Whitney Houston,” he added.
